That means for every 100 words you type, the keyword phrase is repeated 3 to 5 times within the content. This is based off of theories, and there is no official word from Google that verifies this is the most efficient way to draw in more readers and rank your website content above any other website.

Google recommends that the website owner writes naturally, but create website code that helps Google index pages better. This means add keyword phrases to image captions, and create hyperlinks that use you keyword phrases. Use links that provide readers with authoritative references such as .edu or .gov links.

Avoid keyword stuffing when you hire a website content writer or when you write the content yourself. Keyword stuffing leads to Google penalties, and a penalty can cause your site to get pushed to hundreds of pages lower. Write naturally, and create content that brings high quality information to readers to avoid any penalties. You may get an initial boost from keyword stuffing, but ultimately, your website rank is devalued.
